PROXY • E is a unique, non-alcoholic blend of fermented honeycomb from local beekeeper Urtracht Beckmann, silverberry from Gut & Börsel, and vacuum-distilled sage, all on a base of Snow Bud white tea.

The honeycomb lends delicate warmth and resinous depth, while the silverberry contributes fine acidity and gentle tannins. Sage provides a clear, woody-aromatic structure, and the Snow Bud tea rounds everything off with stone-fruit notes of apricot.

A delicate, light drink with a mineral finish - an elegant alternative to white wine, created for the table, not the shelf.
