This Dry January, we’re bringing you our limited 0.75 liter special edition SOUR B — our lambic-inspired alcohol-free brew.
Lambic, a unique sour beer variety 🍺, is defined by exposure to wild yeast during the brewing fermentation. The use of wild yeast, instead of cultivated strains, results in a beer noted for its distinct dry, vinous, and cidery aftertaste. As our signature starter culture also uses wild yeast, combining our starter with malt brew and black tea during fermentation, allowed us to craft our delicious alcohol-free SOUR B.
